As part of the WOMEN ONLY PROGRAM, Shingikan Martial Arts Dojo is presenting a women only conditioning program for those people with little or no experience in the martial arts. Combined with instruction on nutrition and healing, the aim of the program is to build strength, stamina, flexibility and agility. This course is geared for those who which to feel better in every day life, for those who wish to feel better about their bodies, and for those that wish to build up their bodies for more competitive activities.
*Minimum of 5 students for each class.
