Shingikan Martial Arts Dojo is pleased to partner with individuals dedicated to helping Muslims live a healthier lifestyle. One is a PN1 certified Nutrition Coach and personal trainer who focuses on working with Muslim men. He provides nutrition guidance that is culturally sensitive and has helped many loose weight, feel more energised, and become stronger. The other member is a professional DONA trained Doula and Certified prenatal and postnatal Yoga Instructor who specialises in working with Muslim women to become stronger, loose weight and feel young again.
Shingikan Martial Arts Dojo will be offering a Ramadan Boot Camp which includes low impact exercises, calisthenics, and courses on nutrition during the Ramadan period. We will also encourage you to achieve a healthier, more balanced and energised body by providing nutritional and healing support, as well as meals at the "Kenko Dojo," the training gym's kitchen.
